Best landlord so far
Pros
Small but clean building, cleaned weekly. doesn't smell in the hallways, neighbors friendly and courteous. Laundry is actually decent. Best thing, every tuesday they have an exterminator make the rounds just to check in. LL is very responsive, writes recommendations, easy to work with.

Thin walls I guess
Advice to the owners
Maybe clean the dryer vent.

Problematic management

Convenient location near subway
Cons
Inadequate heat, building barely maintained, major issues left unresolved, landlord never answers emails/calls, pests, nonexistent recycling, checks stolen from deposit box, multiple tenants have had problems with landlord
