Landlord is great until a pandemic hits
Pros
Beautiful units, super casual and easygoing staff, love the outdoor access
Cons
Landlord scammed us on our full security depost when we left and also our front door didn’t lock for 4 months, had multiple break ins, and he didn’t do anything about it until we threatened legal action.
Advice to the owners
Great building, be careful with landlord
