Pros and Cons of 456 West 57
Pros
-Location!!! Amazing location on 57st with bus access right outside -Laundry in basement -Really chill landlord -Affordable
Cons
-Laundry is not free -Rooms are weirdly shaped -Walls are scratched and certain things left from previous tenants are still broken -Old Equipment (Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher) -no climate control

Cons
We spent an entire winter with no heat, hot water, or working stove or oven. The landlord ignored all requests for fixing this EXTREMELY hazardous issue, and would occasionally enter our apartment illegally after banging on our door for 20 minutes after we refused entry. Almost did not survive the winter as the conditions were so hazardous.
Advice to the owners
Burn it down
