Good experience overall
Pros
Very quiet, the building has charm and the location is amazing. Management are responsive and take care of the building.
Cons
No laundry in the building or nearby. Had a few pest issues over a number of years.
Advice to the owners
Better pest control, and add laundry to the building.

Great pre-war building, responsive landlord
Pros
Quaint and comfortable building, good neighbors, attentive smaller landlord
Cons
Not the best insulation from street noise if you're street facing (though it is a quieter neighborhood, so not a big issue)
