Micromanaging landlord run like a hostel
Pros
Verna keeps this building clean and safe.
Cons
Place is ran like a hostel with rooms rented out individually. Landlord watches your every move on her security cameras, has draconian tenant policies, and does not respect your space.
Advice to the owners
Do not enter apartments without permission. Have outside trash and recycling bins for tenants to unload waste whenever they need (currently tenants can only put trash on the curb, and only on trash pickup days). Respect common sense landlord/tenant boundaries.
