it's kinda chill

it’s average. too small, too many walls.
Cons
incredibly tacky patterned vinyl in the staircase and in our kitchen a man has an illegal fire pit on the roof
Advice to the owners
fix the cameras in the lobby

Pros
Close to subway.
Cons
Leaks, appliance issues, mold, hear everything with neighbors/outside, maintenance never fixes issues (been 6 mo), very small couldn’t have more than 2 people in apartment at a time, no elevator, to expensive for quality.
