Nice Apartment but Horrible Management
Pros
Nice unit. Great location to trains. Nice fixtures.
Cons
Horrible water pressure. Hot water takes forever. (Close to 5 minutes) to get hot. Management is horrible at responding and providing any solutions to issues that arise.
Advice to the owners
Be better about communication.

Some part are renovated.
Cons
Old, horrible hazardous stairs that the own is being too cheap to fix! Bad management company, unsafe are.
Advice to the owners
Fix the stairs before someone gets hurt!
