The experience depends on which floor you are located
Pros
Laundry in the building, garbage availability and storage, and location
Cons
Thin walls, water bugs (on the first floor and basement area), small unit (studio), elevator issues (constantly broke down)
Advice to the owners
Pay someone to treat the water bugs to rid them from the building.

Great place in BedStuy
Pros
Nice people. Good community in the building. There used to be a lot of problems, but they seem to have gotten their act together and now it’s gotten nice. They’re about to do a major renovation to make a roof deck and other stuff.
Cons
Elevator sometimes is slow.
Advice to the owners
Keep doing what you’re doing.
