Pretty standard spot
Pros
It’s location situated between bushwick and ridgewood is great. close to both L and M.
Cons
Move in was a hassle, the management company did not have the unit prepared. The water gets a burn level hot that is dangerous
Advice to the owners
Just put a little more loveninto the building
