Overall reliable and low stress
Pros
The super is very helpful and generally pretty responsive. Can’t really hear neighbors. Good location
Cons
Heat only works well in some rooms. Water in shower randomly gets WAY too hot sometimes and you just have to wait it out.

was in back of building - very quiet considering street was st marks
Cons
we did find 1 mouse but this was 5 years ago. management took care of it quickly
