Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

If I can't say something good I'll say nothing

Pros

1-Moving in to the quiet solitude of a Prewar 7 inch thick walled apartment building. 2-Moving out of a badly renovated & poorly micromanaged bargain-basement building.

Cons

During Sub-Par renovation, the frequency and intensity of 'accidents'. Multiple sledgehammers through walls, cutting of electrical lines, working on live electrical lines causing extensive personal property damage, damaging water leaks, apartment property theft, subpar construction and hollow flooring with mice living beneath & can NOW hear footsteps above, non-standard mail delivery; building workers deliver mail, 'lose' mail of original tenants, Market Value vacancies priced to move; then 15%+ renewal.

Advice to the owners

Can't be given. This Luxury Building business plan has a high profit.
