beautiful roof access, no problematic neighbors, lots of natural light

Central AC not effective in summer

If you're over 25 this isn't the place for you
Pros
Clean and well maintained common areas. No pest problem even in lower units
Cons
The area is not safe. Landlord is very aggressive in communications and not always responsive. Walls/ceilings are paper thin and you can hear quite literally everything that goes on in this building - neighbors are inconsiderate and stomp around quite literally until 5 in the morning and blast music. INSANELY expensive for what you're getting.
Advice to the owners
be nicer to your tenants and have a realistic view of what you're offering
