Not worth it for the money

Location in Chelsea was nice
Cons
Heating pipes were extremely loud at night, sounded like a construction site. So many cockroaches and rats - I could hear them crawling in the walls at night, was definitely an infestation.

Beautiful location, bright apartment
Cons
Some Pest issues - have dealt with both roaches and mice Kitchen tile and hardwood floors have wear and tear Homeless shelter next door
