Good overall
Pros
Security cameras. Don’t have to worry about stolen packages. Pretty clean.
Cons
Roaches are an issue. Seen some in laundry room. Elevator has gone out several times. Walls are thin, can feel floor shaking when kids are running around and hear them playing loudly.

Rented for 3 years.
Pros
Heating working very good. Neighbors are very good.
Cons
Only one elevator for many apartments. Mice and cockraches out of control. The owner managed to take most of the apartments out or rent stabilized and rent controll. He gives you the apartment for a normal price, then in the coming years he charges rent at the maximum amount he can. The most money hungry landlord i ever rented from.
