Great Place To Live!
Pros
Quiet building, friendly and attentive super and landlord. Entire property is well-maintained.
Cons
Sometimes the heat could feel a little inconsistent during the coldest days, but not a real concern.

Great building on a quiet block
Pros
Owners are very responsive to issues/requests of mine and are very kind. I have very quiet, nice neighbors. It's a nice pre-war building with relatively high ceilings
Cons
I've gotten my packages stolen from the vestibule before, so it'd be nice if they had a camera in there to catch the perpetrators.
Advice to the owners
Install a camera in the vestibule!
