No real problems
Pros
Relative newly renovated and pretty responsive landlords. Clean building, generally well managed.
Cons
Management staff can be a little dumb sometimes but that’s typical in nyc. Generally come and fix things very quickly but there are a few repairs that they say they can’t do that should 100% be included in the lease.
Advice to the owners
Honestly - no real complaints. Above average in nyc. Oh more advanced notice for maintenance would be appreciated.
