Loud neighborhood and think walls
Pros
Central air and heat. Few tenants (3 apts per floor) All neighbors mind their business
Cons
Thin walls (poor insulation) Loud neighborhood Extinguishers fall off the wall Washer and Dryer advertised but does not work
Advice to the owners
Clean it all up.

Not great for three roommates, too expensive for two.
Pros
Laundry in unit (only worked for washing clothes but still) I loved the location and storage. It had a backyard which was nice. Allowed pets.
Cons
People hanging around outside of building. Unresponsive landlord. Rent was raised beyond legal limitations. Rooms were very small.
