Lying Broker, lethargic Property Manager
Pros
Lived in the bottom floor apartment and had the basement as well. Good price, decent location.
Cons
Broker lied and said the basement was a habitable 4th bedroom space for tenants. Landlord and property management said the opposite months after we moved in.
Advice to the owners
Don’t let your brokers lie to prospective tenants. That is your responsibility.
