Loved my time here
Pros
Doormen, maintenance workers, elevator, apartment, laundry,
Cons
Thin walls and ceilings- always heard the woman above stomping around and she was a bitch when confronted. Lots of construction in the building during my years there.

Constant Construction Noise
Pros
Doormen and maintenance staff are amazing
Cons
The building was constantly under construction with so much noise. Not willing to give tenants a break on their rent for noise, and not willing to given tenants a break on lease renewals when they're lived there a long time.
Advice to the owners
Renovation noise should be given as notice to tenants
