Would you like to be gaslit by your landlord about how your roach infestation isn’t a roach, it’s a “water bug”? Then live here! Other perks include mice, sagging building structure, collapsing ceilings, dirty old appliances, very little heat in winter, and the magnum opus: a landlord who is so crazy you’ll think you’re crazy yourself. Expect late night calls for no particular reason, their total inability to have a rational conversation, and having to fix things yourself. Oh and they live on the bottom floor so just do your best to avoid them at all costs or risk being yelled at for going down the stairs too quickly or having a friend over that they don’t like.
