Building is going through issues. Management never responds and pests grow. Music in the summer.

Avoid this building !
Pros
Apartments are decently sized and location is nice on a small quiet street.
Cons
Management completely unresponsive, my pipes froze multiple times, had no hot water in the bathroom, broken dishwasher for nearly the entire 4 years I lived there. Packages would constantly get stolen and landlord refused to do anything about it (the tenant that was stealing packages was a friend of the landlord).
