Great experience for the price
Pros
Great apartment. There were definitely things that needed to be fixed when we moved in but the super Camilo was always very helpful. Friendly neighbors, good neighborhood. Washer and dryer in unit was incredible. Also great lighting fixtures, big kitchen, and wall unit heat/AC controlled by remotes which felt like a luxury.
Cons
The hallway was fairly dusty but nice compared to many other buildings in New York. Close to the metro north train which you could hear passing in some bedrooms, also you could hear people in the restaurant below if windows were open (but as a young woman in NY having people hanging out downstairs late at night—24hr restaurant—made me feel safer)

decently clean apt, laundry in building, very responsive management team
Cons
closest subway station is 15-20mins away, noise levels are not great but manageable
Advice to the owners
maintenance in laundry room can be improved
