Landlord who is always proactive and resolve issues in a reasonable timeframe.
Pros
Solid Structure. Brand new Boiler, Water Heater, Kitchen cabinets, Toilets, Sinks. Apartments on this property are in immaculate condition.
Cons
Landlord very strict with rental agreement but then again this would definitely be a plus to the majority of people looking for a nice quiet, peaceful, friendly place to live.

Keep up the great work.
