Pretty okay Bushwick new build
Pros
The light in this apartment is awesome — the windows are huge! There's roof access and a backyard, but that's overgrown and no one really uses it.
Cons
It is very difficult (if not impossible) to get any repairs done. As the case with a lot of new buildings in Bushwick, the apartment itself is pretty poorly constructed (corners and sides of walls don't touch) and there's already cracks all over.

4 units had bed bugs. Pests/rodents are an issue, maintenance used to be reliable but are now non-existent
