Spacious rooms, prime location, bad management
Pros
Close to major trains ( M/L/J ) Spacious rooms Large windows
Cons
Dirty common area Water pressure sometimes completely cuts off Cheap- non fully functioning appliances ( refrigerator, dishwasher) Management ignores important request/ issues like mold issues and water pressure.
Advice to the owners
Respond to your tenants who are paying on time and paying the $$$ to live in this overpriced unit.

Pros
Close to subway.
Cons
Leaks, appliance issues, mold, hear everything with neighbors/outside, maintenance never fixes issues (been 6 mo), very small couldn’t have more than 2 people in apartment at a time, no elevator, to expensive for quality.
