Good Area, updated interior of apartments
Hallway outdated, not super responsive, basement is really gross
On 3rd Ave and very close to both the Q and 6. Neighbors are all very quiet. Building is clean.
I have had issues with mice. Stairway is very narrow.
Be more responsive to complaints.
