A Nice Building
Pros
The Laundry room is always clean and machines in working order. The cleanliness of the building is usually very good.
Cons
The mail area can be a tad cluttered because there is no package area, and with it being a walk-up building the packages don't always make it to the front of the intended door.

Keep going!
