Apartment 5D Disrespectful neighbor

Location, Superintendent , Access to building
Cons
Newer moved into the apartment downstairs! Neighbor at 5D is disrespectful and property management doesn't care about it. You will wake up at 1am. 3am, 5 am because of Jennifer Decker.
Advice to the owners
Change Property Management. Peter doesn't care about any issue

Historic district, so not much construction around

Very poor mgmt -- look up First Service Residential on Yelp
