Great building! Thin walls
Pros
Very decent bldg by NYC standards. Attentive super and porter, clean lobby and hallway. Quiet tree lined block. Right outside the R train station. Was living here a few years and it was a major step up from my first place.
Cons
The walls are very thin in this building. Also, the exterminator comes rarely and the garbage areas can get gross.
Advice to the owners
Exterminate more. In my time living here I saw the exterminator only sporadically.
