Extremely picky landlord (possibly paranoid)
Pros
Located in a neighborhood with little to no crime.
Cons
Pretty much everything about the place. Owner is a neurotic, paranoid person who will come up with reasons to find something to accuse you for. The daughter of the landlord is a little awkward and ultimately stands up for whatever her father believes (instead of just believing whatever crazy ideas her pops comes up with, maybe she should recognize that some of his ideas are blatantly insane). The garage door opens and closes about FORTY times a day (living room right above) and there’s occasionally doors slamming and people screaming, if not a little dog barking at 5am right beneath your bedroom. I would say that unless you are a quiet, very independent person that has little to no friends or family, lots of patience, and experience dealing with the stubborn elderly, I would look far elsewhere for a place. Oh, let’s not forget about those summer parties the neighbors throw almost on a daily basis. Good luck!
