Enjoyed my time in 2 different units
Pros
Location. Amenities. Gym. Rooftop. Doorman. Package service. Balcony. Finishes.
Cons
Friends has a non stop mouse issue which took months to fix.

Great apartment to live in
Pros
The desk attendants were great and management is really responsive! Great place to live and great amenities.
Cons
Sometimes it can get noisy. If you live on the side of the building that faces Borinquen Place you can hear outside very clearly.
Advice to the owners
Better insulation with the windows
