Need maintenance and superintendent.
Pros
Train,bus and hospital near.
Cons
Each year we have the same problem no hot water and black out.
Advice to the owners
More attention in the building to expensive and no fixed nothing momently.

Pros
There are two apartments per floor.
Cons
This building has no type of heat at all, during the winter it’s freezing cold. The apartments are old and no type of repair.
Advice to the owners
Need to fix the heat.
