Highly recommended
Pros
A lot of sunlight, all apt have south exposure (i lived in one of the one-bedroom apt and now in a two-bedroom), next to central park, next to trains and buses, next to supermarkets and shops, near the park but without the noise of Central Park West, management is very responsive, super very responsive.
Cons
No laundry in the building and no elevator.

Smells Weird
Pros
Nice size living room and bedroom. Perfect location. Pets allowed. Quiet neighbors. Nice, bright, and airy.
Cons
There's an unsavory, unidentifiable odor that never seems to dissipate. Not sure if it's mildew as I believe it stems from the kitchen...highly unpleasant. Kitchen counters and tiles are also old and kind of gross. Tiny bathroom.
Advice to the owners
Update kitchen and bathroom in all units.
