- Filled with roach & mouse droppings upon arrival. Cabinets littered with mouse urine - Multiple holes in siding, cabinets, pantries - Signs of water leak; wood was very visibly stained & never replaced - The door barely opens, requires serious force - The varnish has noticeable splotches, fumes were potent - Kitchen sink has a constant leak - Mildew litters the bathroom, no amount of cleaning has been able to remove it - Paint is chipping across the entire sidings in the bathroom - Open pipe with sitting water and mildew in the bathroom - Bathroom door knob broken Property management refuses to do anything about it
Advice to the owners
You should be ashamed of being a diamond dealer while making tenants live in absolute squalor

Quiet building mostly. Right by the train
Cons
Neighborhood sucks. The heat is iffy. Mice and roaches you can’t dodge. Neighbors steals packages. The buzzers don’t work. The mailboxes are broken and don’t lock.
