Nice apartment, loud street
Pros
Updated apartment, nice super, good neighbours in the building.
Cons
Across from park that has dirt bike racing, trash, loud fights, ton food left on the ground after BBQ which attracts them rats. Kids playing in the playground while people smoke weed and blast music.
