The super is great, building has laundry
Cons
Not the most up to date appliances, kitchens are small

what’s up with the wilshire
Pros
- Angel the super is nice - felt safe - both bedrooms are decent sized - good closet space - working elevator
Cons
- hallways on floors are very rarely cleaned - stairwell is never cleaned. Same dead roaches were there for years - packages stolen multiple times - had on again off again roach issues
Advice to the owners
Deliver packages elsewhere
