Nice neighbors but small apartments
Pros
Location. Top floor apartments had a nice view.
Cons
Small studios, management raised rent every year. Never tried to improve/re-paint building. Ice outside by garbage area made it hazardous to throw garbage away. Could easily hear neighbors below. Was very cold in winter. They kept it at exactly the legal temperature even though we complained how cold it was. Penny pinching management.

Cons
We had issues with the laundry in the basement, delays in heat turning on, trash management, and leaks in about half of the apartments. Management dragged their feet on most of these but after months of us reporting these issues, finally redid the trash and are fixing laundry. Leaks have also been fixed. Management is not the speediest and gave us a hard time when we reported these issues, but they're fixed at least. Still a nice place to live, just know that management is not the greatest!
