Bad rodent & pest issue

Cons
Garbage bags all over the back stairs. Mice & rat issues . Building smells like old dirty diapers

Nice apartment, but the building and neighborhood are messy
Pros
I have a large apartment for a good price. Neighbors are great and quiet most of the time.
Cons
Laundry is messy and machines get broken often. Elevator is often messy. A lot of dogs that bark 24/7.
Advice to the owners
Get new laundry machines or at least clean the current ones and make them work consistently.
