Great landlord and beautiful building

Beautiful well kept building, extremely responsive landlord, friendly neighbors
Cons
Really no complaints. If I had to come up with something the laundry in the basement was pricey and the dryer often took two cycles to dry

- good neighborhood - a lot of stores and restaurants

- no parking - a lot of construction noise and dust
