Great place to live
Pros
Beautiful, newly-renovated building in a quiet, safe, and gorgeous neighborhood. Management is responsive, kind, and helpful, and neighbors are welcoming.
Cons
Got a little cold in the winter on the top floor because the hot air would exit the skylight.
