Illegal residential apartment, listed as single family home
Pros
Affordable rent, great location,beautiful block
Cons
Landlord is not honest. lots of pests and mice. “Super” is extremely rude and has an entire construction site in the backyard for his furniture business. I’m telling you power tools from 6am until night time.
Advice to the owners
. Get a better super. Call an exterminator. Register your apartments so I can report to 311
