Nightmare First Apartment
Pros
Spacious apartments, security cameras
Cons
Roach infested, smells like pee, literally falling apart. Heat doesn’t turn on until it’s literally freezing. Super is useless. Bedbugs despite this page saying otherwise.
Advice to the owners
Hire a better super and do some serious exterminator of the entire building

Pros
Super is great and the landlord quickly addressed all our concerns. Prospect Park is at a 10 minute walk
