Location Thick walls Good water pressure Decently clean
Cons
Unresponsive management and absent super Unreliable heat in winter Occasionally broken lock on front door Difficult to deal with management when moving out

Rodent issue never fixed

Cons
Told management there was a huge rodent issue with mice running everywhere, told me to leave the door open to let the mice out until the exterminator could get there a week later. Even after exterminator, rodent issue was never fixed, ended up moving out
Advice to the owners
Do your job and be responsive and fix tenant issues
