Great 3-unit Building
Pros
2 units share one entrance and the other unit has another door. Steps away from 116th 2/3 train, 7min away from B/C train, lots of stores and banks nearby, responsive and respectful landlord
Cons
Not modern/ hasn’t been updated in a while, people on the streets can be a bit rowdy, but there are many neighbors who have been homeowners in the area for a while who try to watch out for their community
