CHEAP AND RUDE LANDLORD
Pros
Q55 Bus in front of the door. Easy access to shopping, dining and other.
Cons
Dirty, outdated building. Thin walls you can hear everyone’s conversations and of you are a light sleeper neighbors will keep you up. Heat is on and off randomly and never warm. Landlord will not fix anything unless something drastic happens and that’s a maybe. Landlord is rude and inconsiderate. They want cash.
Advice to the owners
Be a better person.
