I don’t recommend renting from ELH MGMT LLC
Pros
The building would be nice if it was properly maintained.
Cons
The management company does not respond to maintenance requests.

Hoarder Neighbor
Pros
Location Large bedroom Good water pressure
Cons
4 story walk up Packages were stolen constantly Building never helped - promised to put in camera that never happened I legit had a hoarder live acc the hall Always had problems with pests as they came in from across the hall Common areas were never cleaned
Advice to the owners
Move out the hoarder !! Clean your building
