Nice location, ok apartment. Landlord is unresponsive

Pros

Location of the building is in a nice part of Alphabet City. Sound doesn’t carry very well so the apartment is quite, even room to room. Having a washer / dryer in unit is also nice.

Cons

The apartment isn’t very large, especially the kitchen (which is essentially a hallway to the bathroom). There’s a mouse problem that the landlord hasn’t been responsive with.

Not super close to subway. Maintenance took a while.
