Decent place but some cons
Pros
Nice quiet building and management is responsive to any issues
Cons
Construction going on in the lot behind the building causing noise issues, some water damage in the apartments as well as pest issues (mice and roaches)
Overpriced “luxury” in Bushwick
Pros
It’s in a pretty central location, so it’s very easy to walk to most places. There are also washer/dryers in the building, rooftop access, parking (if needed) and an elevator.
Cons
This building was poorly constructed. It’s promoted as if it’s a luxury building but honestly it’s just a place that hasn’t been updated since it was first built. Don’t move here if you have a disability - the elevator has issues at times and the management is not quick to do anything unless you pester them.
Advice to the owners
Stop trying to squeeze all this money out of tenants just because of how the market is.
