Loved this apartment
Pros
Tons of space, lots of natural light, central AC is great
Cons
Landlord sometimes less-than-responsive, can be Really noisy with cars/car alarms and neighbors across the way playing music

Rat Infestation / Poor Pest Control
Pros
easy to get into but the management does the bare minimum..
Cons
Management do nothing about pest control, they will avoid dealing with it. The super is nice but management is awful and hard to get a hold of.
Advice to the owners
Be respectful of your tenants and have a more vigorous process to get in. You have 18 year olds who trash the apartments.
