Building is in a very convenient location but…

Location convenient Apartment is spacious
Cons
Landlord is rude Doesn’t fit apartment issues in a timely manner Building doesn’t get cleaned often Problem with heat and hot water Apartment is very outdated

Location convenience, spacious rooms.
Cons
Building is unkempt. Kitchen isn't updated, molding in the bathroom.
Advice to the owners
Needs to take care of her apartment and stop raising rent o her tenants.
